Lexus LFA Nurburgring Package
Lexus has unveiled its LFA Nurburgring Package. Lexus test driver Akira Iida reportedly managed to twist the LFA Nurburgring Edition around the infamous circuit in 7:14. If true, that time puts the carbon-fiber exotic four-seconds ahead of the previous production-car champion, the Porsche 911 GT2 RS, at 7:18, and it puts the LFA Nurburgring Edition in the top five quickest vehicles to ever run the track.
2012 Lexus CT 200h F Sport Package
Lexus has unveiled the optional F Sport package for its CT 200h hybrid hatch. The 2012 Lexus CT 200h F Sport gets a revised body kit with a meshed-out front grille, 17-inch high-gloss alloy wheels, metal front scuff plates, a perforated leather steering wheel, leather shift knob, aluminum pedals, optional perforated leather seats and some metallic trim on the dash.

2013 Lexus GS Sedan
The Lexus GS production model was caught today at the Nürburgring circuit. The Lexus GS test mule is covered in plenty of camouflage.
Aside from the body proportions, details like the protruding side sills, the high rising belt line, the “dotted” LEDs and large grille up front, and even the alloy wheel designs, appear remarkably faithful to the concept.
We expect the production model’s exterior dimensions to remain close to those of the prototype, which measured 192.5-in. long, 73.6-in. wide and 57.1-in. tall, meaning that the new GS should be a hair larger than the current model.

Lexus LF-Gh Concept Hybrid
Today Lexus has unveiled its new LF-Gh hybrid concept ahead of its global debut at the 2011 New York International Auto Show, which runs for the public from April 22 to May 1. The new concept previews a new design direction for the next generation of Lexus models.
The LF-Gh’s also hints at a replacement for the GS given the proximity in size between the two models as the concept measures 192.5-in. long, 73.6-in. wide, 57.1-in. tall while riding on a 112.2-in long wheelbase. In comparison, the current GS is 190.7-in long, 71.7-in. wide, 56.1-in tall and rides on the same 112.2-in long wheelbase.

Supercar Meets Supermodel

Now, if you’re still with us and haven’t used the zoom function for a closer inspection of Miss Ten Haken, in the hands of Rhys Millen, the Japanese firm’s 552-HP, V10 supercar ran -in Lexus’ own words- “multiple high-speed donuts around the model to create the imagery for the sizzling four-page spread.”
Driver Lessons for LFA Owners
Lexus will offer a driver development program for LFA owners that will run from March 8 to 15, in Sonoma, California.
Racing professionals will provide expert guidance during the one-day program, which includes theoretical and track lapping sessions, performance limit exercises and technical demonstrations.

Lexus Recalls 245,000 GS and IS in the U.S.
Lexus has issued a safety recall for some 245,000 units in the U.S. because of a potential defect that may cause fuel leakage. The cars affected by the recall include the GS300 and GS350 from the 2006-2007MY, the IS 250 from the 2006-2009MY, and the IS 350 from the 2006-2008MY.

VIDEO: Lexus TV ad
Here are great Tv ads today. This tv ad is titled “Chain” and it shows a crane slowly lifting the front end of a LS, which is attached to four more Lexus models (RX, GS, ES and IS) using nothing more than cables and stretch bars. At the end of the spot, a $375,000 LFA comes into the shot and parks directly below the chain of vehicles weighing a total 21,000 pounds.

Lexus RX 450h Special Edition
